Charitable Sponsorship Terms
1. Program Framework
These Terms govern the verification and presentation parameters for recognized Sustaining Sponsors choosing to support the public-benefit programs of our organization.
2. General Sponsorship Acknowledgement
Sustaining Sponsors provide unrestricted charitable donations that fund our platform validation and public database research. In recognition of this vital community mission support, sponsors are granted an enhanced informational profile layout on our public registry data utility.
Extended profile benefits are provided strictly as an acknowledgment of sponsorship and do not constitute an optimization asset, prioritized ranking, or separate commercial advertisement utility.
Search rankings remain completely neutral and are determined solely by independent user search filters (such as zip code distance and specific levels of clinical care).
3. Verification Sourcing Requirements
To preserve public data safety, all profiles updated via a Charitable Sponsorship must complete our verification protocol prior to deployment:
- Active Licensure: Sponsors must supply active state department of health facility license identifiers.
- Clinical Vetting: Institutions must confirm valid operational status and provide verifying NPI (National Provider Identifier) data for clinical oversight leadership.
4. Financial Status
Sponsorship contributions are processed exclusively as tax-deductible charitable donations supporting a 501(c)(3) public utility platform. They do not constitute transaction fees for business lead procurement, pay-per-call services, or individual patient referrals.
