Agreement to these terms
By using crossingwatersnetwork.org (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Crossing Waters Network (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates a nonprofit directory to help individuals and families find mental health and addiction treatment facilities. These terms govern your use of the Site. They do not create a provider-patient relationship between you and Crossing Waters Network.
Not medical advice or emergency services
The Site is for general information only. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or referrals to specific clinical care.
We are not a healthcare provider. We do not operate a crisis line. Do not use this Site for emergencies.

Directory information
Facility listings are compiled primarily from public sources, including SAMHSA FindTreatment.gov. Information may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Facilities change phone numbers, services, insurance acceptance, and availability without notice.
You are responsible for confirming all information directly with a facility before making decisions about care.
We do not guarantee admission, bed availability, quality of care, insurance coverage, or outcomes at any listed facility.
Free listings
Every facility in our directory is listed at no charge. We do not sell placement, rankings, or featured listings. Donations and grants support the Site; they do not determine which facilities appear or how they are displayed.

Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes
- Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download directory data without our written permission
- Attempt to disrupt, hack, or overload the Site
- Misrepresent your affiliation with Crossing Waters Network
- Use directory information to harass facilities or individuals
- Submit false or misleading correction requests
We may restrict access to anyone who violates these terms.
Intellectual property
Site content, design, and original materials are owned by Crossing Waters Network or used with permission. Public facility data remains subject to its original sources and applicable law.
You may link to our pages for personal or nonprofit informational use. You may not copy substantial portions of the directory for commercial redistribution without permission.
Third-party links
The Site links to external websites, including facility sites and government resources. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, privacy practices, or availability.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crossing Waters Network and its officers, directors, employees, and volunteers will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on directory information, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Indemnification
