Our Mission
At Living Water Recovery, our mission is to empower individuals, families, and communities impacted by substance use disorders by providing transparent, un-brokered, and completely free access to comprehensive addiction recovery resources across the United States.
Who We Serve
We serve individuals in crisis, concerned family members, and community advocates who are navigating the overwhelming process of finding licensed substance use treatment. By removing predatory referral loops and corporate financial barriers, we ensure that those seeking a path to sobriety can find the exact level of care they need with absolute confidence and safety.
What We Do (Our Public Benefit Programs)
Living Water Recovery operates as an objective public utility and comprehensive national database of licensed treatment providers. To protect vulnerable consumers and uphold rigorous ethical standards, our work is built on three main pillars:
- Universal Access & Zero Barriers: We list every known licensed addiction treatment facility across the United States. Basic data listings are entirely free to ensure that no life-saving resource is hidden or excluded.
- Strict Non-Brokerage Policy: Unlike commercial lead-generators, we do not participate in pay-per-lead, patient-brokering, or commission-based referral arrangements. Every phone number and link on our platform connects users directly to verified clinical treatment providers without call-routing or intercepting lines.
- Unbiased Integrity: Search results are strictly organized by geographic relevance and level of care, never by financial prioritization. Facilities cannot pay to alter directory search algorithms or manipulate results.
Accountability & Nonprofit Status
Living Water Recovery is a registered nonprofit organization dedicated to public access to addiction recovery navigation resources.
Data Transparency Notice: Our directory database is sourced directly from public state licensing records and federal clearinghouses, including the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA.gov).
Medical Disclaimer
This directory does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. It is for informational purposes only. Call 911 or 988 for emergencies.
