These terms apply when a treatment facility purchases an enhanced profile on livingwaterrecovery.org.
1. Service
An enhanced profile adds optional informational content to your existing free basic listing. It is not a separate product that replaces or upgrades your search position.
Enhanced profiles are offered as Tier 2 of our listing program. Every facility retains a free Tier 1 Public Service Listing regardless of whether it purchases an enhanced profile.
2. No pay-for-rank
Fees do not affect search results, sort order, category placement, map priority, or inclusion in the directory. Basic listings remain free whether or not you purchase an enhanced profile.
We do not sell featured placement, preferred positions, or ranking upgrades. Enhanced profile fees pay only for additional content on your listing page.
We do not charge per phone call, per click, per lead, or per admitted patient. Enhanced profiles are available only as a flat subscription fee for page features.
3. Verification requirements
Before an enhanced profile can be published, your facility must satisfy our Core Facility Compliance Checklist:
- Active state licensure: You must provide your active license number from your state’s Department of Health or equivalent licensing authority. We will verify and display this information.
- National clinical accreditation: You must confirm active accreditation from a major body such as The Joint Commission or CARF International, when applicable.
- Physical address verification: You must operate a physical brick-and-mortar treatment location. We cross-reference your address against public licensing records.
- Staff and leadership vetting: You must disclose your medical director or clinical supervisor’s active NPI (National Provider Identifier) or state medical license.
We may suspend or remove an enhanced profile if verification cannot be completed, credentials expire, or submitted information is found to be inaccurate.
4. Content standards
You are responsible for the accuracy of content you submit. You represent that you have the right to publish submitted materials (photos, tours, forms, credentials, floor plans, and related media).
Submitted content must meet our Enhanced Profile Evaluation Criteria:
- All photos and virtual tours must be actual depictions of your specific treatment facility — no stock images of unrelated locations
- Level of care must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed (e.g., Medical Detox, Residential PHP, Outpatient IOP)
- Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) descriptions may reference only FDA-approved medications administered by licensed medical professionals
- Corporate parent company ownership must be disclosed when applicable
We may edit or remove content that is false, misleading, inconsistent with public-source data, or incompatible with our nonprofit mission and editorial standards. Enhanced content is labeled so visitors can distinguish it from basic public-source listings.
5. Fees and billing
Enhanced profiles are billed at a flat monthly or annual subscription rate published on our website or in a written quote. Current published rates range from $99 to $149 per month, or an equivalent annual flat fee. Pricing does not vary based on facility size, budget, traffic volume, clicks, leads, or admissions.
Payment is due as stated at checkout or in your agreement. Fees are generally non-refundable once content is published, except as required by law or as we determine in cases of our error.
Enhanced profile fees are mission-related earned income that supports directory operations. They do not constitute payment for referral, endorsement, or clinical recommendation.
Invoicing: Invoices for enhanced profile subscriptions clearly state: “Program service fee for digital platform hosting and data verification. 100% of proceeds directly support Living Water Recovery’s public service mission.”
6. Term and renewal
Enhanced profiles are offered for a stated term (e.g., monthly or annual). Renewal is optional. If you do not renew, your free basic listing remains; only enhanced content is removed.
7. No endorsement
An enhanced profile is not an endorsement, referral, or clinical recommendation by Living Water Recovery. We do not guarantee admission, bed availability, insurance acceptance, quality of care, or outcomes at any listed facility.
8. Compliance
You agree to comply with applicable healthcare advertising laws and certification requirements in your jurisdiction. You will not submit content that violates applicable law or third-party rights.
9. Changes
We may update these Enhanced Profile Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of an enhanced profile after changes means you accept the revised terms.
